Issues with Printing in Microsoft Dynamics SL

Today, we had a client who uses Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015 and Sage Fixed Assets report an issue they are having with printing.  After installing the Sage Fixed Assets update this year, they discovered that all of Dynamics SL printing was not working.  After speaking with Microsoft support, they acknowledged that they are now aware that the Sage Fixed Asset update installs a different version of Crystal Reports than the version that Dynamics SL is using.  Currently, they have no solution, except to run the programs on different machines or in a Terminal Server environment. 

We will continue to monitor this, and support you as best we can. Please keep this in mind if you are troubleshooting the printing reports, especially if you are using a Sage product that may have recently been updated.
